America's Test Kitchen Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

28 oz can whole tomatoes, drained
1 T extra virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp red wine vinegar (makes such a difference!)

Process in food processor and let sit in the fridge at least an hour.
